Everyone always makes business processes and sales so complicated, but when you break it down on a basic level, THEY’RE ALL THE SAME‼️ Every sale has:

1. A Suspect
2. A Prospect
3. Information Gathering Call / Meeting
4. A Customized Plan
5. A Close

You have to CONSTANTLY be working each step in the process to make sure you’re always adding fresh meat to your pipeline, working others through the process and, of course, closing deals 😉👊.
If one falls off, they all fall off. Make it a priority every week to set time aside for each.
